We were proud to be featured in the Oldham Chronicle, which recognised our founder Andy Powell as a local tech champion for his work helping to build a smarter, more connected Oldham.
It’s a fitting description of the thread that runs through everything we do. From running Hack Oldham hackathons and speaking at TEDxOldham, to championing digital skills across the borough, the goal has always been the same: using technology to help people and communities do more with less and making sure no one gets left behind as the world goes digital.
That belief is what grew into Inclusive Bytes connecting young people who need real-world work experience with the third-sector organisations that need affordable tech support. The recognition in the Chronicle was a lovely marker of how far that mission has come, and how much further we intend to take it.
